Our track record for providing cleverly designed bespoke catering solutions has won us many contracts and our famous robust quality has given us the edge when having to meet the special requirements of the Maritime and Offshore markets

There are few working environments as demanding as those offshore or onboard ships.
Preparing, cooking and serving food in these circumstances often utilise supplies that have been brought in fresh only when weather or operational demands permit.
The corrosive effects of seawater, even if it’s just ‘in the air’ can have a detrimental effect that can quickly ruin any poorly manufactured catering system.
Movement, occasionally violent as can occur in ocean storms, has to be taken into account as does the operational demands imposed by locations as diverse as the tropics or polar regions and it’s quite likely that the galleys and servery counters that we have fitted to a broad range of vessels and accommodation platforms have travelled far more than the entire PROMART workforce!

Installing our servery and kitchen equipment in this kind of environment can be a challenge.
